Terms of Sale

Orders are governed by our Terms of Sale. Price, delivery and acceptance clauses are described below. Purchases are billed in CAD. Delivery estimates are provided in business days and may vary by province. By placing an order you accept the terms below.

Payment & invoicing

We accept EFT, major credit cards and corporate purchase orders. Payment terms for corporate accounts are set by agreement. All invoices are payable in CAD; taxes applied where applicable.

Order acceptance

Orders are subject to availability and credit approval. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason.

Shipping & risk

Risk passes to the buyer on delivery to the carrier. Claims for loss or damage in transit must be reported within 7 days.

Limitation of liability

Except as required by law, Novaopportunity's liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected goods. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Returns & Cancellations

Cancellation before shipment is permitted for many items; custom or made-to-order goods may be non-cancellable. Returns accepted within 30 days for undamaged, resalable items with prior authorization and original packaging.
